The Pager Interface is a programmable module that enables third-party paging systems to connect with MxPro 5 control panels. It uses the industry-standard ESPA 4.4.4 protocol and links to the control equipment through a serial data connection. An optional input is available to monitor pager fault conditions. Specific event types—such as Fire, Alarm, Pre-Alarm, and Fault—can be transmitted to individual pagers or groups of pagers as required.
Applications / Limitations
- Designed for use with paging systems that support the ESPA 4.4.4 protocol.
- If printer functionality is also required, an internal printer assembly should be installed.
