Hochiki HCP-E(SCI) – Addressable Call Point with Short-Circuit Isolator
The Hochiki HCP-E(SCI) is a manual break glass call point fully compatible with Hochiki’s ESP analogue addressable protocol.
It features a red LED on the front cover, selectable as pulsing or non-pulsing for communications polling, which remains continuously lit when the call point is activated. Operation is via the EN54-compliant non-frangible (plastic) element, which triggers a high-level ESP interrupt, allowing the control panel to respond rapidly.
Testing is performed using a test key inserted at the underside of the unit, and two terminal blocks simplify loop wiring connections. The call point is addressed via the TCH-B100 Hand-Held Programmer and can be flush mounted if required. An optional glass element is also available.
