The ACC-EN is a direct replacement for the ACA-E and is fully compatible with existing bases. It is a multi-sensor device designed for use with Hochiki’s ESP Analogue Addressable protocol, combining a thermal detection element with a high-performance photoelectric smoke chamber.
The ACC-EN operates in three selectable modes, controlled directly from the control panel, allowing the optical element, the thermal element, or both elements simultaneously to contribute to the fire detection decision. Sensor polling LEDs are also panel-controlled, with selectable pulsing or non-pulsing operation. For ease of maintenance, the smoke chamber can be quickly removed or replaced.
