The ALN-EN is a direct replacement for the ALG-EN and is compatible with the same mounting bases. It is a photoelectric smoke sensor fully compatible with Hochiki’s ESP Analogue Addressable Protocol. The ALN-EN incorporates Hochiki’s latest High Performance Chamber Technology, eliminating the need for ionisation smoke sensors in most applications.
This advanced chamber design enables a higher alarm threshold, improving the signal-to-noise ratio and significantly reducing susceptibility to false alarms. The smoke chamber is easily removable and replaceable for cleaning and features an improved baffle design that allows smoke to enter while preventing ambient light interference.
