Model CHQ-WS2 is an addressable, loop-powered wall sounder designed to deliver a variety of tones and volumes, with a maximum output of up to 102 dB(A) (±2 dB(A)) while maintaining low current consumption. The unit is compatible with the Standard Base (YBO-R/3(RED)) or the Isolator Base (YBO-R/SCI(RED)). Rated IP21 for internal use, the CHQ-WS2 can be made weatherproof using the WS2-WPK Weatherproof Kit, which includes a specialised back box and gasket set.
The sounder also features an auto shutdown mode, allowing users to set a fixed operating time after which the sounder automatically silences itself—ideal for reducing noise pollution.
