Hochiki Short Circuit Isolator Base YBN-R/3(SCI) (Ivory)
Model YBN-R/3(SCI) is a sensor mounting base with a built-in short-circuit isolator (SCI) that detects and isolates short-circuits on the loop. If a short-circuit is detected during power-up, the unit will interrupt power to the rest of the loop to protect the system.
The base is fully compatible with Hochiki’s ESP range of sensors and does not require a loop address. A remote fire LED facility is available when a sensor is mounted on the base. Note: A connected sensor will remain powered even while the isolator is active.
