Vimpex SL-FT-78-EN Signaline FT-78-EN Non-Resettable Linear Heat Detector (78°C) – 50 Metres
The Signaline FT-78-EN is a brand-new, non-resettable linear heat detection cable designed to trigger an alarm when temperatures reach 78°C at any point along its length. Approved to EN54 Part 28, it provides reliable fixed-temperature heat detection across the full 50-metre cable.
When heat builds up anywhere along the cable and reaches the preset activation temperature, an alarm is automatically initiated, ensuring early detection in challenging environments.
Signaline FT-EN is UL-approved to EN54 Part 28 and features a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) construction. It is available with alarm activation temperatures of 78°C or 88°C to suit different application requirements.
The outer sheath is manufactured from a UV- and chemical-resistant compound, making it suitable for harsh and demanding environments.
For a complete EN54 Part 28-compliant system, the Signaline FT-EN is used in conjunction with the Signaline LocatorPlus-EN and FT-EOL-EN.
