The Stopper II is a protective device designed to help prevent malicious or accidental false fire alarms while still allowing legitimate use of fire alarm break glass call points. With over 30 years of proven performance worldwide, it is ideal for schools, colleges, hospitals, nursing homes, hotels, and other public buildings where false alarms are a concern.
The Stopper II features a clear, tamperproof polycarbonate cover and frame that retrofits over the call point. When lifted, an optional battery-powered integral sounder emits a piercing 95 dB or 105 dB (at 1 metre), immediately drawing attention to the area and deterring pranksters.
