MCP Indoor Call Point Range – Efficient, Flexible, and Standards-Compliant
The new MCP indoor call point range is designed for installation efficiency, flexibility, and full compliance with the latest standards. Minimising installation time and cost is a priority for fire and security installers.
These call points feature a unique ‘plug and play’ terminal block system, allowing all initial cabling to be terminated before simply connecting the block to the back of the unit. This method eliminates re-termination and saves valuable installation time.
Thanks to updated standards and legislation, both break glass and resettable elements can now be used in a single manual call point. The MCP range offers maximum flexibility, allowing the unit to be configured as either break glass or resettable simply by swapping the element—no extra parts or alternative products are needed.
All MCP indoor call points are equipped with an anti-tamper feature, ensuring that removing the lid illegally will trigger the call point and maintain system integrity.
The range is fully approved to EN54-11 (compliant markings only).
MCP3A Version Specifics:
Supplied with one normally open (NO) and one normally closed (NC) contact.
Selecting either NO or NC is simple: connect the terminal block to the required contact at the back of the MCP3 unit.
Single-pole changeover switching is possible using two terminal blocks.
