The MCP1A-R-680-SR is a Red Break Glass Call Point designed for modern MCP indoor fire alarm systems.
Installation efficiency, flexibility, and compliance are central to the MCP range. Its unique “plug & play” design allows all initial wiring to be terminated to a dedicated terminal block, which is then simply connected to the back of the call point—no re-termination required, saving time and reducing installation errors.
The MCP range supports both break glass and resettable operating elements. Units can be configured as either type by simply swapping the element—no additional parts are required.
System integrity is maintained through the anti-tamper design, which triggers the call point and places the system into alarm if the lid is removed without authorization.
The MCP1A version provides flexible electrical options, including a 680 Ω resistor and a normally open (NO) clean contact, easily selected via the terminal block.
