The MCP1A-Y-470-SY is a Yellow Break Glass Call Point featuring EXT RELEASE signage.
Designed for installation efficiency, flexibility, and compliance, the MCP Indoor Call Point range incorporates a unique “plug & play” concept. All initial wiring is terminated to a dedicated terminal block, which is then simply connected to the back of the call point—no re-termination required, saving time and simplifying installation.
The MCP range supports both break glass and resettable operating elements. Units can be easily configured as either type by swapping the element, with no additional parts required.
System integrity is maintained through the anti-tamper design, which triggers the call point and activates the alarm if the lid is removed without authorization.
The MCP1A version offers flexible electrical options, including a 470 Ω resistor and a normally open (NO) clean contact, selectable via the terminal block. Other resistor values can be provided on request.
