Product Overview
This range of FireClass addressable call points is designed for use with FireClass systems, utilising the robust and reliable FireClass open protocol. Each unit features a resettable plastic operating element, allowing the call point to be easily returned to normal condition after activation without replacing any components.
When activated, any change in switch status is immediately communicated to the FireClass Control and Indicating Equipment (CIE), ensuring fast and reliable system response. All models include an integrated short-circuit isolator to monitor and protect addressable loop wiring, enhancing system resilience and fault tolerance.
The integral LED indicator remains off during normal operation. Upon activation, the LED illuminates red to indicate an alarm condition. If a short circuit occurs on the adjacent loop wiring, the built-in isolator activates and isolates the affected section, with the LED turning yellow until the fault is cleared.
Optional protective covers are available to help prevent accidental activation, and both indoor and outdoor variants are offered to suit a wide range of installation environments.
