The Fire-Cryer Solo requires no special wiring and can be easily retrofitted to existing installations. Fully synchronized and with very low current consumption, it can replace electronic sounders or bells to broadcast a clear voice message: “Fire emergency. Please remain calm and evacuate the building immediately.” Note that the strobe is not intended as the primary alarm source and has not been assessed for compliance with EN 54-23.
The Fire-Cryer is a combined voice sounder and flashing beacon, designed for fire safety systems. On activation, it delivers an audible voice message and simultaneously triggers the integral flashing beacon, providing a visual alarm signal that helps support DDA compliance.
The unit comes supplied with a shallow base and features a red body with a red lens. A deep base version is also available, providing an IP66 rating for use in outdoor or high-moisture environments.
