The ViAC-STK Assist Call Kit provides building owners with a fully compliant, scalable solution for emergency assistance, combining clear indication, acoustic and visual feedback, and high-quality stainless steel finishes that blend seamlessly into any environment.
For simple systems where the accessible WC is in a permanently staffed area, a basic kit can be used.
When the accessible WC is in a remote location, the system signals that help is on the way by switching the alarm from a continuous two-tone signal to short beeps every 15 seconds, while the visual indicator changes from flashing to steady. If the call is not cancelled within two minutes of acceptance, the system reverts to the full alarm. In line with BS8300, calls should only be cancelled from the location where they were initiated.
The system uses standard two-core cabling, and devices can be wired in any order, giving designers maximum flexibility and minimizing wiring runs.
The ViAC-STK Assist Call is a two-wire emergency assistance system comprising a combined Over Door Indicator/PSU, which is installed above the WC door, a ceiling pull cord located near the WC, and a cancel plate also near the WC. Additional devices can be connected to either the cancel plate or over-door indicator, supporting up to five extra ceiling pull cords.

All plates are brushed stainless steel with blue halo indication. Two-core cabling is required, and wiring order is flexible.
