The Elmdene TR range of power supplies is engineered for access control applications that require remote management of the output. A typical use is powering magnetic door retainers, where a signal from the fire panel can switch off the output in the event of a fire alarm.
These enhanced units feature an expanded range of input options, including detection of a normally closed contact opening or removal of a 24V DC signal, ensuring fully fail-safe operation in compliance with BS 7273.
Remote control input options:
Removal of an external 24V DC supply (BS 7273 compliant)
Opening of a normally closed volt-free contact
Closing of a normally open volt-free contact
LED status indicators provide quick diagnostics for mains presence and output fuse condition.
