Overview
This PSU range is designed for installation within compliant fire alarm systems where additional power is required for auxiliary devices. The units provide a regulated 27.6VDC output and are available in 1A, 2A, and 5A versions. Two enclosure sizes are offered to accommodate different battery capacity requirements.
In the event of mains power failure, the PSU automatically transfers to battery backup operation, ensuring a continuous and uninterrupted power supply. Each unit is housed in a metal enclosure with space for two batteries. Maintenance-free sealed lead-acid batteries are required to provide standby power during mains supply loss.

- Integrated overload and short-circuit protection to prevent PCB damage
- Battery charging current between 500mA and 800mA depending on the model (refer to Specification Chart)
- Deep discharge protection disconnects batteries below 21VDC to prevent battery damage
- Battery monitoring detects low voltage, incorrect battery connection, and short-circuit conditions
