The FDANT Half-Wave Folded Dipole Aerial is designed for external use with a wall bracket and includes a 10-metre SMA cable for connection to F-Link systems. When mounted, the aerial should be installed on a vertical wall, oriented toward the primary coverage area and kept clear of metal objects for optimal performance.
The FDANT features a BALUN-matched design, making it compatible with all SCOPE UHF paging systems. When correctly sited and installed, it provides excellent coverage across large sites. For longer cable runs, RG213 or superior coaxial cable is recommended up to 15 metres, with high-quality solder-fit connectors to maintain signal integrity. Pre-terminated feeder cables are available in 5, 10, and 15-metre lengths from SCOPE.
