The Hoyles EX105G Exitguard is a reliable emergency exit door alarm designed to deter unauthorised use of fire exits while maintaining safe emergency egress. Ideal for commercial, public and industrial buildings, the unit provides an immediate audible warning whenever a protected door is opened.
When activated, the integrated 105dB high-output piezo sounder alerts nearby occupants that the emergency exit has been used or security has been compromised. This model features extended Door Open Too Long (DOTL) delay options, making it suitable for applications where doors may need to remain open for longer periods without immediately triggering the alarm.
The EX105G can be powered by either 12V DC or batteries and includes a keyswitch for authorised alarm suppression and reset. Its tamper-resistant design incorporates a dedicated tamper alarm, ensuring the unit can still activate if tamper security has been breached.
