A fire alarm is only triggered when both the UV and IR sensors exceed their respective alarm thresholds, reducing the risk of false activations, as the sensors do not share common false alarm sources.
The GFE-SWR range uses a microprocessor for sophisticated electronic signal processing, and its rugged construction and advanced discrimination technology make it suitable for nearly all installation scenarios, both indoor and outdoor.
