The flagship XB15 Xenon Explosion-Proof Beacon range is available in 5, 10, 15, and 21 Joule versions. The range features a new universal base, providing greater application flexibility and simplifying product selection and ordering. The beacons are ATEX and IECEx certified, with UL certification pending.
Enhanced standard features include a customer-removable guard, upgraded mounting hardware, and interchangeable lens covers. These improvements help reduce spare-parts requirements while allowing the beacon to be easily relocated or reconfigured. A choice of lens colours enables users to clearly identify specific procedures, operational activities, process conditions, or emergency situations.
The beacon housing is manufactured entirely from UV-stable, glass-reinforced polyester (GRP), providing a lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and highly durable solution for demanding environments. Each unit is supplied with a supervisory diode and four-wire lead connections to support reliable integration with alarm and signalling systems.
In addition to its comprehensive range of international certifications, the XB15 is now available with EN54-23 and SIL2* certification options.
