The WCP3 variant features a single Normally Open / Normally Closed (NO/NC) contact, making it suitable for fire alarm activation, door release systems, smoke vent controls, and other security or fire-related applications. Its universal single changeover switch ensures versatile operation across multiple systems.
Installation efficiency is at the core of the WCP design. The range incorporates a ‘plug & play’ terminal block, where all initial cabling is terminated. The block then connects easily to the back of the call point, eliminating re-termination and saving time. Additionally, all units are supplied with three standard 20 mm threaded cable entries to accommodate a wide variety of surface wiring installations.
For maximum operational flexibility, WCP call points can be configured as either break glass or resettable units simply by changing the operating element—no additional parts or alternative products are required.
System integrity is also maintained: any unauthorised removal of the product lid will trigger the call point and set the system into alarm, ensuring reliable protection.
The WCP range is fully compliant with EN54-11 standards and carries CPD approval, guaranteeing performance and safety in accordance with the latest regulations.
