The MCP1A-Y-AOV Yellow Smoke Vent Manual Call Point is designed for use with KAC Automatic Opening Vent (AOV) Control Systems. It provides a reliable manual override for opening and closing smoke ventilation systems and is compatible with KAC smoke control panels.
This unit features a resettable, non-glass element for quicker resetting compared to conventional glass call points. The MCP range emphasizes installation efficiency, flexibility, and full compliance with the latest standards. Its innovative “plug and play” terminal block allows all cabling to be terminated in advance and simply connected to the back of the call point, reducing installation time and cost.
The MCP call point can be configured as either a break glass or resettable unit by changing the element, without needing additional parts. It also helps maintain system integrity: unauthorized removal of the lid triggers the call point, placing the system into alarm. The MCP range is fully compliant with EN54-11.
